You can only do that by changing the php code for lists.
But that is good, because you definitely do NOT want to list pages to” index, follow”. That would probably shut down your site with the amount of queries you would get from search bots.
It is never necessary for search bots to visit list pages. That would only duplicate the search they already do on individual pages.
